What’s the material used for paper cup or paper bowl machine?

Machine can use single or double PE coating paper. You can buy printed and cutted paper fans from paper company.

Can one machine make only one size or different sizes?

Our machine can make different sizes. Different models have different size range. You can change the mold to change the size. Machine is supplied with one set of mold.

How can I install the machine and how to train my worker?

The machine will be delivery after test running. We will provide installation video and manual for you. Also we can send engineer to your country for installation and training your worker (with extra cost).

What’s the machine voltage?

Our standard machine voltage is 380V, 3-phase, 50HZ (workable for 50-60HZ). If you have other voltage requirement, you can buy a transformer.

What else do I need to start the machine?

For auxiliary equipment, you will need air compressor, water cooling device (for double pe paper), transformer(if voltage is different), cables.

How many cups can be produced from one ton paper?

Cup numbers will be different depends on the cup size and paper thickness. Below data are only for reference: 7oz(180gsm) – 290,000pcs; 9oz(190gsm) – 200，000 pcs; 12oz(210gsm) -160,000pcs; 16oz(230gsm) – 110,000pcs.

What’s the required space for the paper cup machine?

For one cup machine, you will need around 12 square meters. But you will also need additional space for paper and ready cup storage. We recommend the warehouse space should be at least 60 square meters.
